3 Abraham named his son Isaac, 4 (A) and when the boy was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him, just as God had commanded.
5 Abraham was 100 years old when Isaac was born, 6 and Sarah said, “God has made me laugh.[a] And now everyone will laugh with me.

3 Abraham gave the name Isaac[a](A) to the son Sarah bore him. 4 When his son Isaac was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him,(B) as God commanded him. 5 Abraham was a hundred years old(C) when his son Isaac was born to him.
6 Sarah said, “God has brought me laughter,(D) and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.”
