⁷ So now, return the man’s wife, for ^(A)he is a prophet, and he will pray for you, and you will live. But if you do not return her, know that you shall surely die, you and all who are yours.”

⁸ Then Pharaoh ^(A)called for Moses and Aaron and said, “^(B)Entreat Yahweh that He may cause the frogs to depart from me and from my people; and ^(C)I will let the people go, that they may sacrifice to Yahweh.”

^7 (A)Then the people came to Moses and said, “We have sinned because we have spoken against Yahweh and against you; ^(B)pray to Yahweh, that He may remove the serpents from us.” And Moses prayed for the people.

¹⁶ Therefore, ^(A)confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be ^(B)healed. ^(C)The effective ^[a]prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.
