Genesis 2:23-25

New King James Version

²³And Adam said:

“This is now ^(A)bone of my bones
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called ^[a]Woman,
Because she was ^(B)taken out of ^[b]Man.”

²⁴^(C)Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and ^(D)be^[c] joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

²⁵^(E)And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ^(F)ashamed.
