Genesis 19:21-23
International Standard Version
21 “All right,” the angel replied to Lot,[a] “I’ll agree with your request![b] I won’t overthrow the town that you mentioned. 22 Hurry up and flee there, because I cannot do anything until you get to that town.” Therefore the name of the town was called Zoar.[c]

23 The sun had risen over the land about the time Lot reached Zoar.

Genesis 19:21-23
New International Version
21 He said to him, “Very well, I will grant this request(A) too; I will not overthrow the town you speak of. 22 But flee there quickly, because I cannot do anything until you reach it.” (That is why the town was called Zoar.[a](B))
23 By the time Lot reached Zoar,(C) the sun had risen over the land.
