¹⁶ But he hesitated. So the men ^(A)seized his hand and the hand of his wife and the ^[a]hands of his two daughters, for ^(B)the compassion of Yahweh was upon him; and they brought him out and put him outside the city.

²⁹ Thus it happened, when God destroyed the cities of the ^[a]valley, that ^(A)God remembered Abraham and ^(B)sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot lived.
