Genesis 18:5-7

5 and I will fetch a morsel of bread, and strengthen ye your heart; after that ye shall pass on: [a]forasmuch as ye are come to your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said. 6 And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes. 7 And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetched a calf tender and good, and gave it unto the servant; and he hasted to dress it.

5 Let me get you something to eat,(A) so you can be refreshed and then go on your way—now that you have come to your servant.”
“Very well,” they answered, “do as you say.”
6 So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah. “Quick,” he said, “get three seahs[a] of the finest flour and knead it and bake some bread.”(B)
7 Then he ran to the herd and selected a choice, tender calf(C) and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it.
