Genesis 13:11-12

11 So Lot chose for himself all the [a]vicinity of the Jordan, and Lot journeyed eastward. So they separated from each other. 12 Abram [b]settled in the land of Canaan, while Lot [c]settled in (A)the cities of the [d]vicinity of the Jordan, and moved his tents as far as Sodom.

Genesis 13:11-12
New International Version
11 So Lot chose for himself the whole plain of the Jordan and set out toward the east. The two men parted company: 12 Abram lived in the land of Canaan,(A) while Lot(B) lived among the cities of the plain(C) and pitched his tents near Sodom.(D)

11 Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.
12 Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom.
