Genesis 1:24-27

²⁴Then God said, “Let the earth be filled with animals. And let each produce more of its own kind. Let there be tame animals and small crawling animals and wild animals. And let each produce more of its kind.” And it happened.

²⁵So God made the wild animals, the tame animals and all the small crawling animals to produce more of their own kind. God saw that this was good.

²⁶Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image and likeness. And let them rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky. Let them rule over the tame animals, over all the earth and over all the small crawling animals on the earth.”

²⁷So God created human beings in his image. In the image of God he created them. He created them male and female.

Genesis 1:24-27

New International Version

²⁴And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures^(A) according to their kinds:^(B) the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so.^(C) ²⁵God made the wild animals^(D) according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds.^(E) And God saw that it was good.^(F)

²⁶Then God said, “Let us^(G) make mankind^(H) in our image,^(I) in our likeness,^(J) so that they may rule^(K) over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky,^(L) over the livestock and all the wild animals,^[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
