19 But God said, “No, but your wife Sarah will bear you (A)a son, and you shall name him [a]Isaac; and (B)I will establish My covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his [b]descendants after him. 20 As for Ishmael, I have heard you; behold, I will bless him, and (C)make him fruitful and multiply him exceedingly. (D)He shall father twelve princes, and I will make him into a (E)great nation. 21 But I will establish My covenant with (F)Isaac, whom (G)Sarah will bear to you at this season next year.”
