^21 (A)And all flesh died that moved on ^[a]the earth: birds and cattle and beasts and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, and every man.

The Ark Prepared^(A)

¹³ And God said to Noah, ^(B)“The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; ^(C)and behold, ^(D)I will destroy them with the earth.

⁴ For after ^(A)seven more days I will cause it to rain on the earth ^(B)forty days and forty nights, and I will ^[a]destroy from the face of the earth all living things that I have made.”

^17 (A)And behold, I Myself am bringing ^(B)floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall ^(C)die.

⁶ And ^(A)the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and ^(B)He was grieved in His ^(C)heart. ⁷ So the Lord said, “I will ^(D)destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.”

⁵ and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly;

²² For we know that the whole creation ^(A)groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.

²⁰ For ^(A)the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;

²⁷ They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the ^(A)day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and ^(B)destroyed them all.

³⁹ and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
