¹¹ And God said to him, “I am God Almighty^[a];^(A) be fruitful and increase in number.^(B) A nation^(C) and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will be among your descendants.^(D)

¹³ There above it^[a] stood the Lord,^(A) and he said: “I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac.^(B) I will give you and your descendants the land^(C) on which you are lying.^(D)

¹⁹ And my God will meet all your needs^(A) according to the riches of his glory^(B) in Christ Jesus.

¹⁷ You may say to yourself,^(A) “My power and the strength of my hands^(B) have produced this wealth for me.”

⁸ For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things,^(A) holding promise for both the present life^(B) and the life to come.^(C)

¹³ About Joseph^(A) he said:

Moses Blesses the Tribes^(A)

33 This is the blessing^(B) that Moses the man of God^(C) pronounced on the Israelites before his death.

² All these blessings will come on you^(A) and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God:

⁷ The Lord will grant that the enemies^(F) who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven.^(G)

⁸ The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless^(H) you in the land he is giving you.

⁹ The Lord will establish you as his holy people,^(I) as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands^(J) of the Lord your God and walk in obedience to him. ¹⁰ Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name^(K) of the Lord, and they will fear you. ¹¹ The Lord will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock^(L) and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you.^(M)

¹² The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse^(N) of his bounty,^(O) to send rain^(P) on your land in season and to bless^(Q) all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.^(R)
