⁷ Then Joseph brought in his father Jacob and set him before Pharaoh; and Jacob ^(A)blessed Pharaoh.

¹⁰ So Jacob ^(A)blessed Pharaoh, and went out from before Pharaoh.

¹⁷ Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear ^(A)God. Honor the king.

^19 (A)And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My ^(B)body which is given for you; ^(C)do this in remembrance of Me.”

Jesus Institutes the Lord’s Supper^(A)

^26 (B)And as they were eating, ^(C)Jesus took bread, ^[a]blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; ^(D)this is My body.”

²⁹ Then he said to Gehazi, ^(A)“Get^[a] yourself ready, and take my staff in your hand, and be on your way. If you meet anyone, ^(B)do not greet him; and if anyone greets you, do not answer him; but ^(C)lay my staff on the face of the child.”

⁴⁷ And moreover the king’s servants have gone to bless our lord King David, saying, ^(A)‘May God make the name of Solomon better than your name, and may He make his throne greater than your throne.’ ^(B)Then the king bowed himself on the bed.

³⁹ Then all the people went over the Jordan. And when the king had crossed over, the king ^(A)kissed Barzillai and blessed him, and he returned to his own place.

²² Then Joab fell to the ground on his face and bowed himself, and ^[a]thanked the king. And Joab said, “Today your servant knows that I have found favor in your sight, my lord, O king, in that the king has fulfilled the request of his servant.”

¹⁰ then Toi sent ^[a]Joram his son to King David, to ^[b]greet him and bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer and defeated him (for Hadadezer had been at war with Toi); and Joram brought with him articles of silver, articles of gold, and articles of bronze.
