²⁰ Have no concern for^[a] your goods, for the best of all the land of Egypt is yours.’”

³¹ On that day, ^(A)let the one who is on ^(B)the housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back.

^17 (A)Let the one who is on ^(B)the housetop not go down to take what is in his house,

¹⁷ Nevertheless, ^(A)my eye spared them, and I did not destroy them or ^(B)make a full end of them in the wilderness.

³ As for you, son of man, prepare for yourself ^(A)an exile's baggage, and go into exile by day ^(B)in their sight. You shall go like an exile from your place to another place ^(C)in their sight. ^(D)Perhaps they will understand, though^[a] they are a rebellious house. ⁴ You shall bring out your baggage by day in their sight, as baggage for exile, and you shall go out yourself ^(E)at evening in their sight, as those do who must go into exile.

⁵ And to ^(A)the others he said in my hearing, “Pass through the city after him, and strike. ^(B)Your eye shall not spare, and you shall show no pity.

^9 (A)And my eye will not spare, nor will I have pity. I will punish you according to your ways, while your abominations are in your midst. ^(B)Then you will know that I am the Lord, who strikes.

^4 (A)And my eye will not spare you, nor will I have pity, but ^(B)I will punish you for your ways, while your abominations are in your midst. ^(C)Then you will know that I am the Lord.
