²⁹ As he looked about and saw his brother Benjamin, his own mother’s son,^(A) he asked, “Is this your youngest brother, the one you told me about?”^(B) And he said, “God be gracious to you,^(C) my son.”

¹³ But they replied, “Your servants^(A) were twelve brothers, the sons of one man, who lives in the land of Canaan.^(B) The youngest is now with our father, and one is no more.”^(C)

²² Then God remembered Rachel;^(A) he listened to her^(B) and enabled her to conceive.^{(C) 23} She became pregnant and gave birth to a son^(D) and said, “God has taken away my disgrace.”^{(E) 24} She named him Joseph,^[a](F) and said, “May the Lord add to me another son.”^(G)

13 Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters.^(A)

²⁴ The disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said again, “Children, how hard it is^[a] to enter the kingdom of God!^(A)

²² Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart,^(A) daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.”^(B) And the woman was healed at that moment.^(C)

² Some men brought to him a paralyzed man,^(A) lying on a mat. When Jesus saw their faith,^(B) he said to the man, “Take heart,^(C) son; your sins are forgiven.”^(D)
