^27 (A)Fulfill her week, and we will give you this one also for the service which you will serve with me still another seven years.”

¹² Then Samson said to them, “Let me ^(A)pose a riddle to you. If you can correctly solve and explain it to me ^(B)within the seven days of the feast, then I will give you thirty linen garments and thirty ^(C)changes of clothing.

¹⁸ Nor shall you take a woman ^(A)as a rival to her sister, to uncover her nakedness while the other is alive.

¹⁰ So his father went down to the woman. And Samson gave a feast there, for young men used to do so.

¹⁰ And he waited yet another seven days, and again he sent the dove out from the ark. ¹¹ Then the dove came to him in the evening, and behold, a freshly plucked olive leaf was in her mouth; and Noah knew that the waters had receded from the earth. ¹² So he waited yet another seven days and sent out the dove, which did not return again to him anymore.

^2 (A)And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. ³ Then God ^(B)blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.

¹⁰ For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
