⁵⁹ So they sent away Rebekah their sister and ^(A)her nurse, and Abraham's servant and his men.

⁸ And ^(A)Deborah, Rebekah's nurse, died, and she was buried under an oak below Bethel. So he called its name Allon-bacuth.^[a]

^5 (A)For we never came with words of flattery,^[a] as you know, nor with a pretext for greed—^(B)God is witness.

¹² Did I conceive all this people? Did I give them birth, that you should say to me, ^(A)‘Carry them in your bosom, as a ^(B)nurse carries a nursing child,’ to the land ^(C)that you swore to give their fathers?

⁶⁰ And they blessed Rebekah and said to her,

⁵³ And the servant brought out jewelry of silver and of gold, and garments, and gave them to Rebekah. He also gave to her brother and to her mother costly ornaments.
