²² When the camels had finished drinking, the man took a gold ring weighing a half shekel,^[a] and two bracelets for her arms weighing ten gold shekels,

^11 (A)And I adorned you with ornaments and ^(B)put bracelets on your wrists and a chain on your neck. ¹² And I put a ring on your nose and earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head.

² So Aaron said to them, “Take off the ^(A)rings of gold that are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me.” ³ So all the people took off the rings of gold that were in their ears and brought them to Aaron.

5 ^(A)On the third day Esther put on her royal robes and stood in ^(B)the inner court of the king's palace, in front of the king's quarters, while the king was sitting on his royal throne inside the throne room opposite the entrance to the palace.
