¹⁵ Then the Lord God took ^[a]the man and put him in the garden of Eden to ^[b]tend and keep it.

Life in God’s Garden

⁸ The Lord God planted ^(A)a garden ^(B)eastward in ^(C)Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed.

²⁸ Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather ^(A)let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something ^(B)to give him who has need.

^2 (A)And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.
