²⁶ When ^(A)Terah had lived 70 years, he fathered Abram, Nahor, and Haran.

² And Joshua said to all the people, “Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, ‘Long ago, ^(A)your fathers lived beyond the Euphrates,^[a] Terah, the father of Abraham and of Nahor; and ^(B)they served other gods.

These eight Milcah bore to Nahor, Abraham's brother. ²⁴ Moreover, his concubine, whose name was Reumah, bore Tebah, Gaham, Tahash, and Maacah.

⁴ So Abram went, as the Lord had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from ^(A)Haran. ⁵ And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their possessions that they had gathered, and the people that they had acquired in Haran, and they set out to go to the land of Canaan.
