Genesis 13:12-15
English Standard Version
12 Abram settled in the land of Canaan, while Lot settled among the cities of the valley and moved his tent as far as Sodom. 13 Now the men of Sodom (A)were wicked, great sinners against the Lord.
14 The Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, “Lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are, (B)northward and southward and eastward and westward, 15 for all the land that you see I will give (C)to you and (D)to your offspring forever.

New International Version
12 Abram lived in the land of Canaan,(A) while Lot(B) lived among the cities of the plain(C) and pitched his tents near Sodom.(D) 13 Now the people of Sodom(E) were wicked and were sinning greatly against the Lord.(F)
14 The Lord said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, “Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west.(G) 15 All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring[a] forever.(H)
