¹²Joseph also provided his father and his brothers and all his father’s household with food, according to the number of their children.^(A)

¹²And Joseph nourished his father, and his brethren, and all his father's household, with bread, according to their families.

¹⁹to deliver them from death^(A)
and keep them alive in famine.^(B)

¹⁹To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

¹⁹In times of disaster they will not wither;
in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.

¹⁹They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
