New International Version
29 Seven years of great abundance(A) are coming throughout the land of Egypt, 30 but seven years of famine(B) will follow them. Then all the abundance in Egypt will be forgotten, and the famine will ravage the land.(C) 31 The abundance in the land will not be remembered, because the famine that follows it will be so severe.

29 Indeed (A)seven years of great plenty will come throughout all the land of Egypt; 30 but after them seven years of famine will (B)arise, and all the plenty will be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine (C)will deplete the land. 31 So the plenty will not be known in the land because of the famine following, for it will be very severe.
