²⁷ For as many [of you] as were baptized into Christ [into a spiritual union and communion with Christ, the Anointed One, the Messiah] have put on (clothed yourselves with) Christ.

²⁸ There is [now no distinction] neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is not male ^[a]and female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

¹² For just as the body is a unity and yet has many parts, and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so it is with Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).

¹⁰ And have clothed yourselves with the new [spiritual self], which is [ever in the process of being] renewed and remolded into [fuller and more perfect ^[a]knowledge upon] knowledge after the image (the likeness) of Him Who created it.^(A)

¹¹ [In this new creation all distinctions vanish.] There ^[b]is no room for and there can be neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, [nor difference between nations whether alien] barbarians or Scythians [^[c]who are the most savage of all], nor slave or free man; but Christ is all and in all [^[d]everything and everywhere, to all men, without distinction of person].
