26 But the other woman corresponds to the Jerusalem above; she is free, and she is our mother. 27 For it is written,
‘Rejoice, you childless one, you who bear no children,
burst into song and shout, you who endure no birth pangs;
for the children of the desolate woman are more numerous
than the children of the one who is married.’
28 Now you,[a] my friends,[b] are children of the promise, like Isaac.

Galatians 4:26-28
New International Version
26 But the Jerusalem that is above(A) is free, and she is our mother. 27 For it is written:
“Be glad, barren woman,
you who never bore a child;
shout for joy and cry aloud,
you who were never in labor;
because more are the children of the desolate woman
than of her who has a husband.”[a](B)
28 Now you, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise.(C)
