8 (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:)
9 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.

8 For God, who was at work in Peter as an apostle(A) to the circumcised, was also at work in me as an apostle(B) to the Gentiles. 9 James,(C) Cephas[a](D) and John, those esteemed as pillars,(E) gave me and Barnabas(F) the right hand of fellowship when they recognized the grace given to me.(G) They agreed that we should go to the Gentiles,(H) and they to the circumcised.
