Galatians 1:20-24
New Living Translation
20 I declare before God that what I am writing to you is not a lie.
21 After that visit I went north into the provinces of Syria and Cilicia. 22 And still the churches in Christ that are in Judea didn’t know me personally. 23 All they knew was that people were saying, “The one who used to persecute us is now preaching the very faith he tried to destroy!” 24 And they praised God because of me.

New International Version
20 I assure you before God(A) that what I am writing you is no lie.(B)
21 Then I went to Syria(C) and Cilicia.(D) 22 I was personally unknown to the churches of Judea(E) that are in Christ.(F) 23 They only heard the report: “The man who formerly persecuted us is now preaching the faith(G) he once tried to destroy.”(H) 24 And they praised God(I) because of me.
