²⁷ As many of you as were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.^(A)

¹⁴ Instead, put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.^(A)

¹³ For in the one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.^(A)

¹⁰ and have clothed yourselves with the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge according to the image of its creator.^(A)

³ Do you not know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?^{(A) 4} Therefore we were buried with him by baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.^(B)

²⁴ and to clothe yourselves with the new self, created according to the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.^(A)

²¹ And baptism, which this prefigured, now saves you—not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for^[a] a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,^(A)

³⁸ Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins may be forgiven, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.^(A)

¹⁰ and you have come to fullness in him, who is the head of every ruler and authority.^{(A) 11} In him also you were circumcised with a spiritual circumcision,^[a] by the removal of the body^[b] of the flesh in the circumcision of Christ;^{(B) 12} when you were buried with him in baptism, you were also raised with him through faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead.^(C)

¹⁵ When she and her household were baptized, she urged us, saying, “If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come and stay at my home.” And she prevailed upon us.^(A)
