⁷ But on the contrary, ^(A)when they saw that the gospel for the uncircumcised ^(B)had been committed to me, as the gospel for the circumcised was to Peter

¹⁵ But the Lord said to him, “Go, for ^(A)he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before ^(B)Gentiles, ^(C)kings, and the ^(D)children^[a] of Israel.

^7 (A)for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle—I am speaking the truth ^[a]in Christ and not lying—^(B)a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

⁴ But as ^(A)we have been approved by God ^(B)to be entrusted with the gospel, even so we speak, ^(C)not as pleasing men, but God ^(D)who tests our hearts.

^16 (A)to reveal His Son in me, that ^(B)I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately confer with ^(C)flesh and blood,

^11 (A)to which I was appointed a preacher, an apostle, and a teacher ^[a]of the Gentiles.

¹¹ according to the glorious gospel of the ^(A)blessed God which was ^(B)committed to my trust.

⁹ and when James, ^[a]Cephas, and John, who seemed to be ^(A)pillars, perceived ^(B)the grace that had been given to me, they gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, ^(C)that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised.

⁴⁶ Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold and said, ^(A)“It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken to you first; but ^(B)since you reject it, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, behold, ^(C)we turn to the Gentiles. ⁴⁷ For so the Lord has commanded us:

⁴⁸ Now when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and glorified the word of the Lord. ^(E)And as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.
