46 Tenía treinta años cuando comenzó a trabajar al servicio del faraón, rey de Egipto.
Tan pronto como se retiró José de la presencia del faraón, se dedicó a recorrer todo el territorio de Egipto. 47 Durante los siete años de abundancia la tierra produjo grandes cosechas, 48 así que José fue recogiendo todo el alimento que se produjo en Egipto durante esos siete años y lo almacenó en las ciudades.

46 Joseph was thirty years old(A) when he entered the service(B) of Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from Pharaoh’s presence and traveled throughout Egypt. 47 During the seven years of abundance(C) the land produced plentifully. 48 Joseph collected all the food produced in those seven years of abundance in Egypt and stored it in the cities.(D) In each city he put the food grown in the fields surrounding it.

47 And in the seven plenteous years the earth brought forth by handfuls.
48 And he gathered up all the food of the seven years, which were in the land of Egypt, and laid up the food in the cities: the food of the field, which was round about every city, laid he up in the same.
