4 Y él se llegó a Agar, y ella concibió; y cuando ella vio que había concebido, miraba con desprecio a su señora. 5 Y Sarai dijo a Abram: Recaiga sobre ti mi agravio(A). Yo entregué a mi sierva en tus brazos[a]; pero cuando ella vio que había concebido, me miró con desprecio[b]. Juzgue el Señor entre tú y yo(B). 6 Pero Abram dijo a Sarai: Mira, tu sierva está bajo tu poder[c](C); haz con ella lo que mejor te parezca[d]. Y Sarai la trató muy mal y ella huyó de su presencia.

Genesis 16:4-6
New International Version
4 He slept with Hagar,(A) and she conceived.
When she knew she was pregnant, she began to despise her mistress.(B) 5 Then Sarai said to Abram, “You are responsible for the wrong I am suffering. I put my slave in your arms, and now that she knows she is pregnant, she despises me. May the Lord judge between you and me.”(C)
6 “Your slave is in your hands,(D)” Abram said. “Do with her whatever you think best.” Then Sarai mistreated(E) Hagar; so she fled from her.

4 And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes.
5 And Sarai said unto Abram, My wrong be upon thee: I have given my maid into thy bosom; and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes: the Lord judge between me and thee.
6 But Abram said unto Sarai, Behold, thy maid is in thine hand; do to her as it pleaseth thee. And when Sarai dealt hardly with her, she fled from her face.

I gave my servant to your embrace, and when she saw that she had conceived, she looked on me with contempt. May (B)the Lord judge between you and me!” 6 But Abram said to Sarai, “Behold, your servant is in your power; do to her as you please.” Then Sarai dealt harshly with her, and she fled from her.
