⁸ And now for a little while grace has been shown from the Lord our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a peg in His holy place, that our God may ^(A)enlighten our eyes and give us a measure of revival in our bondage.

^5 (A)Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace. ⁶ And ^(B)if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. ^[a]But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.

¹¹ Then He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the ^(A)whole house of Israel. They indeed say, ^(B)‘Our bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off!’ ¹² Therefore prophesy and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, ^(C)O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and ^(D)bring you into the land of Israel. ¹³ Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves. ¹⁴ I ^(E)will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it,” says the Lord.’ ”

¹² He who overcomes, I will make him ^(A)a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall ^(B)go out no more. ^(C)I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the ^(D)New Jerusalem, which ^(E)comes down out of heaven from My God. ^(F)And I will write on him My new name.
