Ezra 6:16-18
New English Translation
16 The people[a] of Israel—the priests, the Levites, and the rest of the exiles[b]—observed the dedication of this temple of God with joy. 17 For the dedication of this temple of God they offered 100 bulls, 200 rams, 400 lambs, and 12 male goats for the sin of all Israel, according to the number of the tribes of Israel. 18 They appointed the priests by their divisions and the Levites by their divisions over the worship of God at Jerusalem, in accord with[c] the book of Moses.

16 And the people of Israel, the priests and the Levites, and the rest of the returned exiles, celebrated the (A)dedication of this house of God with joy. 17 They offered at the dedication of this house of God 100 bulls, 200 rams, 400 lambs, and as a sin offering for all Israel (B)12 male goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel. 18 And they set the priests (C)in their divisions and the Levites (D)in their divisions, for the service of God at Jerusalem, (E)as it is written in the Book of Moses.
