Profecías contra naciones vecinas
25 Y vino a mí la palabra del Señor, diciendo: 2 Hijo de hombre, pon tu rostro hacia los hijos de Amón, y profetiza contra ellos(A), 3 y di a los hijos de Amón: «Oíd la palabra del Señor Dios[a]. Así dice el Señor Dios(B): “Por cuanto dijiste: ‘¡Ajá!’ contra mi santuario cuando era profanado, y contra la tierra de Israel cuando era desolada, y contra la casa de Judá cuando iba en cautiverio, 4 por tanto, he aquí, te entregaré por posesión a los hijos del oriente, y asentarán en ti sus campamentos y pondrán en ti sus tiendas(C); ellos comerán tus frutos y ellos beberán tu leche(D). 5 Yo haré de Rabá un pastizal para camellos, y de las ciudades de los hijos de Amón(E) un descansadero para rebaños. Y sabréis que yo soy el Señor”. 6 Porque así dice el Señor Dios: “Por haber batido palmas(F) y golpeado con tus pies, por haberte alegrado con todo el escarnio de tu alma contra la tierra de Israel(G), 7 por tanto, he aquí, yo he extendido mi mano contra ti(H) y te daré por despojo a las naciones(I); te cortaré de entre los pueblos y te exterminaré de entre las tierras(J). Te destruiré(K); y sabrás que yo soy el Señor(L)”.
8 »Así dice el Señor Dios: “Por cuanto Moab(M) y Seir dicen: ‘He aquí, la casa de Judá es como todas las naciones’, 9 por tanto, he aquí, voy a abrir el flanco de Moab y privarla de sus ciudades, de las ciudades que están en sus fronteras[b], la gloria de la tierra, Bet-jesimot(N), Baal-meón(O) y Quiriataim(P), 10 y la daré en posesión a los hijos del oriente(Q), junto con los hijos de Amón, para que los hijos de Amón no sean recordados más entre las naciones. 11 Haré juicios contra Moab, y sabrán que yo soy el Señor”.
12 »Así dice el Señor Dios: “Por cuanto Edom ha obrado vengativamente contra la casa de Judá, ha incurrido en grave culpa y se ha vengado de ellos(R)”, 13 por tanto, así dice el Señor Dios: “Yo extenderé también mi mano contra Edom y cortaré de ella hombres y animales(S) y la dejaré en ruinas; desde Temán(T) hasta Dedán(U) caerán a espada. 14 Pondré mi venganza contra Edom en mano de mi pueblo Israel, y harán en Edom(V) conforme a mi ira y conforme a mi furor; así conocerán mi venganza” —declara el Señor Dios(W).
15 »Así dice el Señor Dios: “Por cuanto los filisteos han obrado vengativamente y con desprecio de alma han tomado venganza, destruyendo por causa de perpetua enemistad(X)”, 16 por tanto, así dice el Señor Dios: “He aquí, yo extenderé mi mano contra los filisteos, y cortaré a los cereteos y haré perecer a los que quedan en la costa del mar(Y). 17 Y ejecutaré contra ellos grandes venganzas con terribles represiones; y sabrán que yo soy el Señor cuando haga venir mi venganza sobre ellos(Z)”».

Profecía contra Amón
25 Vino a mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo: 2 Hijo de hombre, pon tu rostro hacia los hijos de Amón,(A) y profetiza contra ellos. 3 Y dirás a los hijos de Amón: Oíd palabra de Jehová el Señor. Así dice Jehová el Señor: Por cuanto dijiste: ¡Ea, bien!, cuando mi santuario era profanado, y la tierra de Israel era asolada, y llevada en cautiverio la casa de Judá; 4 por tanto, he aquí yo te entrego por heredad a los orientales, y pondrán en ti sus apriscos y plantarán en ti sus tiendas; ellos comerán tus sementeras, y beberán tu leche. 5 Y pondré a Rabá por habitación de camellos, y a los hijos de Amón por majada de ovejas; y sabréis que yo soy Jehová. 6 Porque así ha dicho Jehová el Señor: Por cuanto batiste tus manos, y golpeaste con tu pie, y te gozaste en el alma con todo tu menosprecio para la tierra de Israel, 7 por tanto, he aquí yo extenderé mi mano contra ti, y te entregaré a las naciones para ser saqueada; te cortaré de entre los pueblos, y te destruiré de entre las tierras; te exterminaré, y sabrás que yo soy Jehová.
Profecía contra Moab
8 Así ha dicho Jehová el Señor: Por cuanto dijo Moab(B) y Seir: He aquí la casa de Judá es como todas las naciones; 9 por tanto, he aquí yo abro el lado de Moab desde las ciudades, desde sus ciudades que están en su confín, las tierras deseables de Bet-jesimot, Baal-meón y Quiriataim, 10 a los hijos del oriente contra los hijos de Amón; y la entregaré por heredad, para que no haya más memoria de los hijos de Amón entre las naciones. 11 También en Moab haré juicios, y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.
Profecía contra Edom
12 Así ha dicho Jehová el Señor: Por lo que hizo Edom,(C) tomando venganza de la casa de Judá, pues delinquieron en extremo, y se vengaron de ellos; 13 por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová el Señor: Yo también extenderé mi mano sobre Edom, y cortaré de ella hombres y bestias, y la asolaré; desde Temán hasta Dedán caerán a espada. 14 Y pondré mi venganza contra Edom en manos de mi pueblo Israel, y harán en Edom según mi enojo y conforme a mi ira; y conocerán mi venganza, dice Jehová el Señor.
Profecía contra los filisteos
15 Así ha dicho Jehová el Señor: Por lo que hicieron los filisteos(D) con venganza, cuando se vengaron con despecho de ánimo, destruyendo por antiguas enemistades; 16 por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí yo extiendo mi mano contra los filisteos, y cortaré a los cereteos, y destruiré el resto que queda en la costa del mar. 17 Y haré en ellos grandes venganzas con reprensiones de ira; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová, cuando haga mi venganza en ellos.

25 The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them; 3 and say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord God; Thus saith the Lord God; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity; 4 behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk. 5 And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couchingplace for flocks: and ye shall know that I am the Lord. 6 For thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel; 7 behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the Lord.

12 Thus saith the Lord God; Because that Edom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them; 13 therefore thus saith the Lord God; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword. 14 And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord God.
15 Thus saith the Lord God; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred; 16 therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast. 17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.

A Prophecy Against Ammon
25 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “Son of man, set your face against(A) the Ammonites(B) and prophesy against them.(C) 3 Say to them, ‘Hear the word of the Sovereign Lord. This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because you said “Aha!(D)” over my sanctuary when it was desecrated(E) and over the land of Israel when it was laid waste and over the people of Judah when they went into exile,(F) 4 therefore I am going to give you to the people of the East(G) as a possession. They will set up their camps(H) and pitch their tents among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk.(I) 5 I will turn Rabbah(J) into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep.(K) Then you will know that I am the Lord. 6 For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because you have clapped your hands(L) and stamped your feet, rejoicing with all the malice of your heart against the land of Israel,(M) 7 therefore I will stretch out my hand(N) against you and give you as plunder(O) to the nations. I will wipe you out from among the nations and exterminate you from the countries. I will destroy(P) you, and you will know that I am the Lord.(Q)’”
A Prophecy Against Moab
8 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because Moab(R) and Seir(S) said, “Look, Judah has become like all the other nations,” 9 therefore I will expose the flank of Moab, beginning at its frontier towns—Beth Jeshimoth(T), Baal Meon(U) and Kiriathaim(V)—the glory of that land. 10 I will give Moab along with the Ammonites to the people of the East as a possession, so that the Ammonites will not be remembered(W) among the nations; 11 and I will inflict punishment on Moab. Then they will know that I am the Lord.’”(X)
A Prophecy Against Edom
12 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because Edom(Y) took revenge on Judah and became very guilty by doing so, 13 therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will stretch out my hand(Z) against Edom and kill both man and beast.(AA) I will lay it waste, and from Teman(AB) to Dedan(AC) they will fall by the sword.(AD) 14 I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger(AE) and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”(AF)
A Prophecy Against Philistia
15 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because the Philistines(AG) acted in vengeance and took revenge with malice(AH) in their hearts, and with ancient hostility sought to destroy Judah, 16 therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am about to stretch out my hand against the Philistines,(AI) and I will wipe out the Kerethites(AJ) and destroy those remaining along the coast.(AK) 17 I will carry out great vengeance(AL) on them and punish(AM) them in my wrath. Then they will know that I am the Lord,(AN) when I take vengeance on them.(AO)’”
