¹⁷ Therefore say, ‘Thus says the Lord God: ^(A)“I will gather you from the peoples, assemble you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.” ’ ¹⁸ And they will go there, and they will take away all its ^(B)detestable things and all its abominations from there. ¹⁹ Then ^(C)I will give them one heart, and I will put ^(D)a new spirit within ^[a]them, and take ^(E)the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, ^20 (F)that they may walk in My statutes and keep My judgments and do them; ^(G)and they shall be My people, and I will be their God.

^25 (A)Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you ^(B)from all your filthiness and from all your idols. ²⁶ I will give you a ^(C)new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. ²⁷ I will put My ^(D)Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
