Ang Paghahati ng Lupain
48 Ito ang magiging ayos ng partihan ng bawat lipi: mula sa dulong hilaga, sa gawi ng Hetlon hanggang Lebohamat at Hazar-enan sa gawing timog ng Damasco, mula sa silangan hanggang kanluran ay para sa lipi ni Dan. 2 Kahangga ng lipi ni Dan, mula sa silangan hanggang kanluran ay para sa lipi ni Asher. 3 Kahangga ng lipi ni Asher mula sa silangan hanggang kanluran ay para sa lipi ni Neftali. 4 Kahangga ng lipi ni Neftali mula sa silangan hanggang kanluran, isang bahagi para sa lipi ni Manases. 5 Kahangga ng lipi ni Manases mula sa silangan hanggang kanluran ay para sa lipi ni Efraim. 6 Kahangga ng lipi ni Efraim, mula sa silangan hanggang kanluran ay para sa lipi ni Ruben. 7 Kahangga ng lipi ni Ruben, mula sa silangan hanggang kanluran, ay para naman sa lipi ni Juda.
Ang Gitnang Bahagi ng Lupain
8 Ang bahaging nasasakupan ng lipi ni Juda ay ibubukod; ang sukat nito ay 12.5 kilometro parisukat. Sa loob nito itatayo ang templo.
9 Ang iuukol ninyo kay Yahweh ay 12.5 kilometro ang haba at 10 kilometro ang luwang. 10 Ganito naman ang gagawing hati sa bahaging iniukol kay Yahweh: ang inilaang bahagi ay mauuwi sa mga pari: 12.5 kilometro ang haba, at limang kilometro naman ang luwang. Ang templo ni Yahweh ay sa gitna nito itatayo. 11 Ang bahaging ito ay para sa mga pari, sa mga anak ni Zadok pagkat patuloy nilang sinunod ang aking mga utos kahit noong tumalikod sa akin ang Israel. Di nila tinularan ang mga Levita. 12 Ang bahaging ito ng lupaing itatalaga kay Yahweh ay tanging para sa kanila. 13 Katabi nito sa gawing timog ay para naman sa mga Levita; 12.5 kilometro ang haba at limang kilometro naman ang luwang. 14 Hindi nila ito maaaring ipagbili o ipagpalit; ni hindi nila ito maaaring isalin sa iba pagkat itinalaga kay Yahweh.
15 Ang natitirang 2.5 kilometro sa luwang, at 12.5 kilometro sa haba ay para sa lahat. Maaari itong tirhan at gamitin ng kahit sino at sa gitna nito ang lunsod. 16 Ito naman ang sukat ng lunsod: 2,250 metro ang haba, gayon din ang luwang. 17 Sa paligid nito ay mag-iiwan kayo ng bakanteng 125 metro. 18 Ang natitira pa sa magkabilang dulo na humahangga sa bahaging iniukol kay Yahweh na tiglimang kilometro ang haba at dalawa't kalahating kilometro ang luwang ay para naman sa mga mag-aasikaso ng lunsod; lahat ng aanihin dito ay ukol sa kanila. 19 Ang mga manggagawang ito sa lunsod ay mula sa iba't ibang lipi ng Israel. 20 Lahat-lahat ng inyong ibubukod ukol kay Yahweh at sa lunsod ay 12.5 kilometrong parisukat.
Ang Kaparte ng Pinuno
21 Ang natitira sa magkabilang panig ng itinalaga kay Yahweh at ng bahagi para sa lunsod ay ukol naman sa pinuno. Ang ukol kay Yahweh 22 at sa lunsod ay nasa gitna ng dalawang bahagi ukol sa pinuno at ito naman ay nakapagitan sa bahaging ukol sa lipi nina Juda at Benjamin.
Ang Kaparte ng Ibang Lipi
23 Ito naman ang para sa iba pang lipi: mula rin sa silangan hanggang kanluran ay para sa lipi ni Benjamin. 24 Karatig ng bahagi ng lipi ni Benjamin ang bahagi naman ukol sa lipi ni Simeon. 25 Karatig ng lipi ni Simeon ang ukol sa lipi ni Isacar; 26 karatig ng lipi ni Isacar ang ukol sa lipi ni Zebulun; 27 karatig ng lipi ni Zebulun ang ukol sa lipi ni Gad. 28 Sa timog, ang hangganan ng ukol sa lipi ni Gad ay mula sa Tamar hanggang sa may bukal ng Kades, sa hangganan ng Egipto hanggang sa Dagat Mediteraneo. 29 Ganyan ang magiging paghahati ng lupain sa mga lipi ng Israel.
Ang mga Pintuan ng Jerusalem
30 Ganito(A) naman ang tungkol sa mga pintuan ng lunsod: Sa hilaga—ang luwang ay 2,250 metro— 31 ay tatlong pinto para sa lipi nina Ruben, Juda at Levi. Ang pangalan ng mga pintong ito ay isusunod sa pangalan ng mga lipi ng Israel. 32 Sa gawing silangan—ang luwang ay 2,250 metro—ay tatlong pinto rin para naman sa lipi nina Jose, Benjamin at Dan. 33 Sa gawing timog—ang luwang ay 2,250 metro—ay tatlo rin ang pinto at para naman sa lipi nina Simeon, Isacar at Zebulun. 34 Sa gawing kanluran—ang luwang ay 2,250 metro—ay tatlong pinto rin at para naman sa lipi nina Gad, Asher at Neftali. 35 Ang sukat sa paligid ng lunsod ay 9,000 metro. Mula ngayon, ang ipapangalan sa lunsod ay, ‘Naroon si Yahweh.’

48 «Estos son los nombres de las tribus:
»En la frontera norte, que va de este a oeste y desde el Mediterráneo, pasando por Hetlón, hasta Lebó Jamat y Jazar Enán, que es la parte al sur de Damasco y Jamat, la tribu de Dan tendrá su porción de territorio.
2 Debajo de Dan, de este a oeste, está la porción de territorio de Aser.
3 Debajo de Aser, de este a oeste, está la porción de territorio de Neftalí.
4 Debajo de Neftalí, de este a oeste, está la porción de territorio de Manasés.
5 Debajo de Manasés, de este a oeste, está la porción de territorio de Efraín.
6 Debajo de Efraín, de este a oeste, está la porción de territorio de Rubén.
7 Debajo de Rubén, de este a oeste, está la porción de territorio de Judá.
8 »Debajo de Judá, de este a oeste, está la porción de territorio que reservarás. Será de veinticinco mil codos[a] de ancho y de este a oeste su longitud será la misma que la de los otros territorios. En medio de esta porción estará el santuario.
9 »La parcela que ustedes deben reservar para el Señor tendrá veinticinco mil codos de largo por diez mil codos[b] de ancho. 10 Dentro de esta parcela sagrada, a los sacerdotes corresponderá una sección exclusiva que medirá veinticinco mil codos por el norte y diez mil codos por el oeste, diez mil codos por el este y veinticinco mil codos por el sur. En medio de ella se levantará el santuario del Señor. 11 Esta sección estará destinada a los sacerdotes consagrados, descendientes de Sadoc, que cuando se descarrió el pueblo de Israel se encargaron de mi servicio y no se descarriaron, como los levitas. 12 Y será para ellos una ofrenda especial de la tierra, un lugar santísimo, que limita con el territorio de los levitas.
13 »También los levitas tendrán una parcela de veinticinco mil codos de largo por diez mil codos de ancho, a lo largo del territorio de los sacerdotes. En total, la parcela reservada tendrá veinticinco mil codos de largo por diez mil codos de ancho. 14 No se podrá vender ni cambiar nada de ella. Esta es la mejor tierra y no debe pasar a otras manos, pues está consagrada al Señor.
15 »La sección restante de cinco mil codos[c] de ancho por veinticinco mil codos de largo es terreno profano. Se dedicará al uso común de la ciudad, para la construcción de viviendas y para pastizales. La ciudad quedará en el centro. 16 Medirá cuatro mil quinientos codos[d] de largo por el lado norte y lo mismo por sus lados sur, este y oeste. 17 Los pastizales de la ciudad medirán doscientos cincuenta codos[e] de ancho alrededor de toda la ciudad. 18 A los costados de la ciudad quedará una sección, junto a la parcela consagrada, que tendrá diez mil codos de largo por la parte este, y otros tantos por el oeste. Todo lo que allí se produzca servirá de alimento para los trabajadores de la ciudad. 19 Ellos la cultivarán sin importar a qué tribu pertenezcan. 20 Toda la parcela consagrada, incluso lo que pertenece a la ciudad, formará un cuadrado de veinticinco mil codos por lado.
21 »El terreno que quede a ambos lados de la parcela consagrada y de la que pertenece a la ciudad será para el príncipe. A él le tocará una parcela de veinticinco mil codos por el lado este, hasta la frontera oriental, y veinticinco mil codos por el oeste, hasta la frontera occidental. Todo esto quedará paralelo a las otras secciones. En el centro estarán la parcela consagrada y el santuario del Templo. 22 Así mismo, la propiedad de los levitas y la de la ciudad se ubicarán entre las fronteras de Judá y Benjamín, en medio de la parcela que corresponde al príncipe.
23 »En cuanto a las demás tribus:
»A Benjamín le tocará una sección de este a oeste.
24 Debajo de Benjamín, a Simeón le tocará una sección de este a oeste.
25 Debajo de Simeón, a Isacar le tocará una sección de este a oeste.
26 Debajo de Isacar, a Zabulón le tocará una sección de este a oeste.
27 Debajo de Zabulón, a Gad le tocará una sección de este a oeste.
28 Debajo de Gad, por el lado sur, la frontera irá desde Tamar hasta el oasis de Meribá Cades y el torrente de Egipto, y hasta el mar Mediterráneo.
29 »Este es el territorio que ustedes repartirán por sorteo entre las tribus de Israel y que será su herencia. Así quedará distribuido el territorio», afirma el Señor y Dios.
Las puertas de Jerusalén
30 «Estas son las salidas de la ciudad:
»Por el norte, la ciudad medirá cuatro mil quinientos codos de largo. 31 Las puertas de la ciudad tendrán los nombres de las tribus de Israel. Al norte habrá tres puertas: la de Rubén, la de Judá y la de Leví.
32 Por el este, la ciudad medirá cuatro mil quinientos codos de largo y tendrá tres puertas: la de José, la de Benjamín y la de Dan.
33 Por el sur, la ciudad medirá cuatro mil quinientos codos de largo y tendrá tres puertas: la de Simeón, la de Isacar y la de Zabulón.
34 Por el oeste, la ciudad medirá cuatro mil quinientos codos de largo y tendrá tres puertas: la de Gad, la de Aser y la de Neftalí.
35 »La distancia alrededor de la ciudad será de dieciocho mil codos.[f]
»Y desde aquel día el nombre de la ciudad será: “El Señor está allí”».

The Division of the Land
48 “These are the tribes, listed by name: At the northern frontier, Dan(A) will have one portion; it will follow the Hethlon road(B) to Lebo Hamath;(C) Hazar Enan and the northern border of Damascus next to Hamath will be part of its border from the east side to the west side.
2 “Asher(D) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Dan from east to west.
3 “Naphtali(E) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Asher from east to west.
4 “Manasseh(F) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Naphtali from east to west.
5 “Ephraim(G) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Manasseh(H) from east to west.(I)
6 “Reuben(J) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Ephraim from east to west.
7 “Judah(K) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Reuben from east to west.
8 “Bordering the territory of Judah from east to west will be the portion you are to present as a special gift. It will be 25,000 cubits[a] wide, and its length from east to west will equal one of the tribal portions; the sanctuary will be in the center of it.(L)
9 “The special portion you are to offer to the Lord will be 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits[b] wide.(M) 10 This will be the sacred portion for the priests. It will be 25,000 cubits long on the north side, 10,000 cubits wide on the west side, 10,000 cubits wide on the east side and 25,000 cubits long on the south side. In the center of it will be the sanctuary of the Lord.(N) 11 This will be for the consecrated priests, the Zadokites,(O) who were faithful in serving me(P) and did not go astray as the Levites did when the Israelites went astray.(Q) 12 It will be a special gift to them from the sacred portion of the land, a most holy portion, bordering the territory of the Levites.
13 “Alongside the territory of the priests, the Levites will have an allotment 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits wide. Its total length will be 25,000 cubits and its width 10,000 cubits.(R) 14 They must not sell or exchange any of it. This is the best of the land and must not pass into other hands, because it is holy to the Lord.(S)
15 “The remaining area, 5,000 cubits[c] wide and 25,000 cubits long, will be for the common use of the city, for houses and for pastureland. The city will be in the center of it 16 and will have these measurements: the north side 4,500 cubits,[d] the south side 4,500 cubits, the east side 4,500 cubits, and the west side 4,500 cubits.(T) 17 The pastureland for the city will be 250 cubits[e] on the north, 250 cubits on the south, 250 cubits on the east, and 250 cubits on the west. 18 What remains of the area, bordering on the sacred portion and running the length of it, will be 10,000 cubits on the east side and 10,000 cubits on the west side. Its produce will supply food for the workers of the city.(U) 19 The workers from the city who farm it will come from all the tribes of Israel. 20 The entire portion will be a square, 25,000 cubits on each side. As a special gift you will set aside the sacred portion, along with the property of the city.
21 “What remains on both sides of the area formed by the sacred portion and the property of the city will belong to the prince. It will extend eastward from the 25,000 cubits of the sacred portion to the eastern border, and westward from the 25,000 cubits to the western border. Both these areas running the length of the tribal portions will belong to the prince, and the sacred portion with the temple sanctuary will be in the center of them.(V) 22 So the property of the Levites and the property of the city will lie in the center of the area that belongs to the prince. The area belonging to the prince will lie between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin.
23 “As for the rest of the tribes: Benjamin(W) will have one portion; it will extend from the east side to the west side.
24 “Simeon(X) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Benjamin from east to west.
25 “Issachar(Y) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Simeon from east to west.
26 “Zebulun(Z) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Issachar from east to west.
27 “Gad(AA) will have one portion; it will border the territory of Zebulun from east to west.
28 “The southern boundary of Gad will run south from Tamar(AB) to the waters of Meribah Kadesh, then along the Wadi of Egypt to the Mediterranean Sea.(AC)
29 “This is the land you are to allot as an inheritance to the tribes of Israel, and these will be their portions,” declares the Sovereign Lord.(AD)
The Gates of the New City
30 “These will be the exits of the city: Beginning on the north side, which is 4,500 cubits long, 31 the gates of the city will be named after the tribes of Israel. The three gates on the north side will be the gate of Reuben, the gate of Judah and the gate of Levi.
32 “On the east side, which is 4,500 cubits long, will be three gates: the gate of Joseph, the gate of Benjamin and the gate of Dan.
33 “On the south side, which measures 4,500 cubits, will be three gates: the gate of Simeon, the gate of Issachar and the gate of Zebulun.
34 “On the west side, which is 4,500 cubits long, will be three gates: the gate of Gad, the gate of Asher and the gate of Naphtali.(AE)
35 “The distance all around will be 18,000 cubits.[f]
“And the name of the city from that time on will be:
the Lord is there.(AF)”

48 Now these are the names of the tribes. From the north end to the coast of the way of Hethlon, as one goeth to Hamath, Hazarenan, the border of Damascus northward, to the coast of Hamath; for these are his sides east and west; a portion for Dan.
2 And by the border of Dan, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Asher.
3 And by the border of Asher, from the east side even unto the west side, a portion for Naphtali.
4 And by the border of Naphtali, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Manasseh.
5 And by the border of Manasseh, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Ephraim.
6 And by the border of Ephraim, from the east side even unto the west side, a portion for Reuben.
7 And by the border of Reuben, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Judah.
8 And by the border of Judah, from the east side unto the west side, shall be the offering which ye shall offer of five and twenty thousand reeds in breadth, and in length as one of the other parts, from the east side unto the west side: and the sanctuary shall be in the midst of it.
9 The oblation that ye shall offer unto the Lord shall be of five and twenty thousand in length, and of ten thousand in breadth.
10 And for them, even for the priests, shall be this holy oblation; toward the north five and twenty thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in breadth, and toward the east ten thousand in breadth, and toward the south five and twenty thousand in length: and the sanctuary of the Lord shall be in the midst thereof.
11 It shall be for the priests that are sanctified of the sons of Zadok; which have kept my charge, which went not astray when the children of Israel went astray, as the Levites went astray.
12 And this oblation of the land that is offered shall be unto them a thing most holy by the border of the Levites.
13 And over against the border of the priests the Levites shall have five and twenty thousand in length, and ten thousand in breadth: all the length shall be five and twenty thousand, and the breadth ten thousand.
14 And they shall not sell of it, neither exchange, nor alienate the firstfruits of the land: for it is holy unto the Lord.
15 And the five thousand, that are left in the breadth over against the five and twenty thousand, shall be a profane place for the city, for dwelling, and for suburbs: and the city shall be in the midst thereof.
16 And these shall be the measures thereof; the north side four thousand and five hundred, and the south side four thousand and five hundred, and on the east side four thousand and five hundred, and the west side four thousand and five hundred.
17 And the suburbs of the city shall be toward the north two hundred and fifty, and toward the south two hundred and fifty, and toward the east two hundred and fifty, and toward the west two hundred and fifty.
18 And the residue in length over against the oblation of the holy portion shall be ten thousand eastward, and ten thousand westward: and it shall be over against the oblation of the holy portion; and the increase thereof shall be for food unto them that serve the city.
19 And they that serve the city shall serve it out of all the tribes of Israel.
20 All the oblation shall be five and twenty thousand by five and twenty thousand: ye shall offer the holy oblation foursquare, with the possession of the city.
21 And the residue shall be for the prince, on the one side and on the other of the holy oblation, and of the possession of the city, over against the five and twenty thousand of the oblation toward the east border, and westward over against the five and twenty thousand toward the west border, over against the portions for the prince: and it shall be the holy oblation; and the sanctuary of the house shall be in the midst thereof.
22 Moreover from the possession of the Levites, and from the possession of the city, being in the midst of that which is the prince's, between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin, shall be for the prince.
23 As for the rest of the tribes, from the east side unto the west side, Benjamin shall have a portion.
24 And by the border of Benjamin, from the east side unto the west side, Simeon shall have a portion.
25 And by the border of Simeon, from the east side unto the west side, Issachar a portion.
26 And by the border of Issachar, from the east side unto the west side, Zebulun a portion.
27 And by the border of Zebulun, from the east side unto the west side, Gad a portion.
28 And by the border of Gad, at the south side southward, the border shall be even from Tamar unto the waters of strife in Kadesh, and to the river toward the great sea.
29 This is the land which ye shall divide by lot unto the tribes of Israel for inheritance, and these are their portions, saith the Lord God.
30 And these are the goings out of the city on the north side, four thousand and five hundred measures.
31 And the gates of the city shall be after the names of the tribes of Israel: three gates northward; one gate of Reuben, one gate of Judah, one gate of Levi.
32 And at the east side four thousand and five hundred: and three gates; and one gate of Joseph, one gate of Benjamin, one gate of Dan.
33 And at the south side four thousand and five hundred measures: and three gates; one gate of Simeon, one gate of Issachar, one gate of Zebulun.
34 At the west side four thousand and five hundred, with their three gates; one gate of Gad, one gate of Asher, one gate of Naphtali.
35 It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The Lord is there.
