Inside the Temple
41 Next he brought me into the great hall and measured the jambs;(A) on each side the width of the jamb was 3.2 metres.[a][b] 2 The width of the entrance was 5.3 metres,[c] and the side walls of the entrance were 2.65 metres[d] wide on each side. He also measured the length of the great hall, 21.2 metres,[e] and the width, 10.6 metres.[f](B) 3 He went inside the next room and measured the jambs at the entrance;(C) they were 1 metre[g] wide. The entrance was 3.2 metres wide, and the width of the entrance’s side walls on each side[h] was 3.7 metres.[i] 4 He then measured the length of the room adjacent to the great hall, 10.6 metres, and the width, 10.6 metres.(D) And he said to me, ‘This is the most holy place.’(E)
Outside the Temple
5 Then he measured the wall of the temple; it was 3.2 metres thick. The width of the side rooms all round the temple was 2.1 metres.[j](F) 6 The side rooms were arranged one above another in three stories of thirty rooms each.[k] There were ledges on the wall of the temple all round to serve as supports for the side rooms, so that the supports would not be in the temple wall itself.(G) 7 The side rooms surrounding the temple widened at each successive storey, for the structure surrounding the temple went up by stages. This was the reason for the temple’s broadness as it rose. And so, one would go up from the lowest storey to the highest by means of the middle one.[l](H)
8 I saw that the temple had a raised platform surrounding it; this foundation for the side rooms was 3.2 metres high.[m](I) 9 The thickness of the outer wall of the side rooms was 2.65 metres. The free space between the side rooms of the temple 10 and the outer chambers was 10.6 metres wide all round the temple.(J) 11 The side rooms opened into the free space, one entrance towards the north and another to the south. The area of free space was 2.65 metres wide all round.
12 Now the building that faced the temple yard towards the west was 37 metres[n] wide. The wall of the building was 2.65 metres thick on all sides, and the building’s length was 48 metres.[o]
13 Then the man measured the temple; it was 53 metres[p] long.(K) In addition, the temple yard and the building, including its walls, were 53 metres long. 14 The width of the front of the temple along with the temple yard to the east was 53 metres. 15 Next he measured the length of the building facing the temple yard to the west, with its galleries[q] on each side;(L) it was 53 metres.
Interior Wooden Structures
The interior of the great hall and the porticoes of the court – 16 the thresholds, the bevelled windows,(M) and the balconies all round with their three levels opposite the threshold – were overlaid with wood on all sides.(N) They were panelled from the ground to the windows (but the windows were covered), 17 reaching to the top of the entrance, and as far as the inner temple and on the outside. On every wall all round, on the inside and outside, was a pattern 18 carved with cherubim and palm trees.(O) There was a palm tree between each pair of cherubim.(P) Each cherub had two faces: 19 a human face turned towards the palm tree on one side,(Q) and a lion’s face turned towards it on the other. They were carved throughout the temple on all sides. 20 Cherubim and palm trees were carved from the ground to the top of the entrance and on the wall of the great hall.
21 The doorposts of the great hall were square,(R) and the front of the sanctuary had the same appearance. 22 The altar was[r] made of wood, 1.6 metres[s] high and 1.1 metres long.[t] It had corners, and its length[u] and sides were of wood.(S) The man told me, ‘This is the table that stands before the Lord.’(T)
23 The great hall and the sanctuary each had a double door,(U) 24 and each of the doors had two swinging panels.(V) There were two panels for one door and two for the other. 25 Cherubim and palm trees were carved on the doors of the great hall like those carved on the walls. There was a wooden canopy[v](W) outside, in front of the portico. 26 There were bevelled windows and palm trees on both sides,(X) on the side walls of the portico, the side rooms of the temple, and the canopies.[w]

Yechezkel 41
Orthodox Jewish Bible
41 Afterward he [the angelic being] brought me to the Heikhal, and measured the jambs, six cubits wide on the one side, and six cubits wide on the other side, which was the width of the Ohel.
2 And the width of the Petach (Entrance) was ten cubits; and the ketefot (shoulders, sidewalls) of the Petach were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side; and he [the angelic being] measured the depth thereof, forty cubits; and the width, twenty cubits.
3 Then he went into the Penimah (the Innermost [Holy of Holies]), and measured the jamb of the Petach, two cubits; and the Petach, six cubits; and the width of the Petach, sheva (seven) cubits.
4 So he measured the depth thereof, twenty cubits; and the width, twenty cubits, along the Heikhal; and he [the angelic being] said unto me, This is the Kodesh HaKodashim.
5 After he [the angelic being] measured the wall of the Beis [HaMikdash], six cubits; and the width of every tzela (side chamber, cell), four cubits, around the Beis [HaMikdash] on every side.
6 And the tzela’ot (side chambers, cells) were tzela over tzela, thirty-three in number; and there were ledges on the wall which was of the Beis for the tzela’ot round about, that they might take hold there, but they had not hold in the wall of the Beis [HaMikdash].
7 And tzela’ot (side chambers, cells) were broader at each story; a ramp spiraled upward by stages around the Beis [HaMikdash]; therefore the width of the Beis increased as it went upward, so from the lowest to the highest through the middle.
8 I saw also the height of the Beis [HaMikdash] all around; the yesodot (foundations) of the tzela’ot were a full rod of six cubits long.
9 The thickness of the wall, which was for the tzela toward the outside, was five cubits; and that which was open was the space at the end of the tzela’ot of the Beis [HaMikdash].
10 And between the leshakhot was the space the width of twenty cubits around the Beis [HaMikdash] all around.
11 And the petach of the tzela were toward the space that was open, one petach toward the north, and another petach toward the south; and the width of the place that was open was five cubits all around.
12 Now the Binyan (building, structure) that was before the Gizrah (separation, separating courtyard, restricted space, behind the Beis HaMikdash) at the end toward the west was seventy cubits wide; and the wall of the Binyan was five cubits thick all around, and the length thereof ninety cubits.
13 So he [the angelic being] measured the Beis [HaMikdash], a hundred cubits long; and the Gizrah, and the Binyan, with the walls thereof, a hundred cubits long;
14 Also the width of the face of the Beis [HaMikdash], and of the Gizrah toward the east, a hundred cubits.
15 And he [the angelic being] measured the length of the Binyan along the front of the Gizrah which was behind it, and the atikeha (corner structures) thereof on the one side and on the other side, a hundred cubits, with the Heikhal Hapenimi, and the ulam vestibules of the Khatzer;
16 The doorposts, and the narrow chalonim, and the atikim balconies around on their three stories, opposite the saf (threshold), paneled with etz all around, and from the ground up to the chalonot, and the chalonot were covered;
17 To that above the Petach, even unto the Beis HaPenimi, and at the outside, and by the wall all around penimi (inner) and khitzon (outer), by measure.
18 And it was carved with keruvim and timorim, so that a palm tree was between a keruv and a keruv; and every keruv had two faces;
19 So that the face of an adam was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side; it was carved throughout kol HaBeis all around.
20 From the ground unto above the Petach were keruvim and timorim carved, and on the wall of the Heikhal.
21 The mezuzas of the Heikhal were squared; as for the front of the Kodesh [HaKodashim], the appearance of the one [mezuzah] was like the appearance of the other.
22 The Mizbe’ach was of etz and was three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits; and the corners thereof, and the length thereof, and the sides thereof, were of etz; and he [the angelic being] said unto me, This is the shulchan that is before Hashem.
23 And the Heikhal and the Kodesh had two delatot.
24 And the delatot had two doors apiece, two turning doors; two delatot for the one door, and two delatot for the other door.
25 And there were carved on them, on the delatot of the Heikhal,keruvim and timorim, like those carved upon the [interior] walls; and there was a beam upon the face of the Ulam at the outside.
26 And there were narrow chalonim and timorim on the one side and on the other side, on the sides of the Ulam, and upon the tzela’ot of the Beis [HaMikdash], and thick beams.

New King James Version
Dimensions of the Sanctuary
41 Then he (A)brought me into the [a]sanctuary and measured the doorposts, six cubits wide on one side and six cubits wide on the other side—the width of the tabernacle. 2 The width of the entryway was ten cubits, and the side walls of the entrance were five cubits on this side and five cubits on the other side; and he measured its length, forty cubits, and its width, twenty cubits.
3 Also he went inside and measured the doorposts, two cubits; and the entrance, six cubits high; and the width of the entrance, seven cubits. 4 (B)He measured the length, twenty cubits; and the width, twenty cubits, beyond the sanctuary; and he said to me, “This is the Most Holy Place.”
The Side Chambers on the Wall
5 Next, he measured the wall of the [b]temple, six cubits. The width of each side chamber all around the temple was four cubits on every side. 6 (C)The side chambers were in three stories, one above the other, thirty chambers in each story; they rested on [c]ledges which were for the side chambers all around, that they might be supported, but (D)not fastened to the wall of the temple. 7 As one went up from story to story, the side chambers (E)became wider all around, because their supporting ledges in the wall of the temple ascended like steps; therefore the width of the structure increased as one went up from the lowest story to the highest by way of the middle one. 8 I also saw an elevation all around the temple; it was the foundation of the side chambers, (F)a full rod, that is, six cubits high. 9 The thickness of the outer wall of the side chambers was five cubits, and so also the remaining terrace by the place of the side chambers of the [d]temple. 10 And between it and the wall chambers was a width of twenty cubits all around the temple on every side. 11 The doors of the side chambers opened on the terrace, one door toward the north and another toward the south; and the width of the terrace was five cubits all around.
The Building at the Western End
12 The building that faced the separating courtyard at its western end was seventy cubits wide; the wall of the building was five cubits thick all around, and its length ninety cubits.
Dimensions and Design of the Temple Area
13 So he measured the temple, one (G)hundred cubits long; and the separating courtyard with the building and its walls was one hundred cubits long; 14 also the width of the eastern face of the temple, including the separating courtyard, was one hundred cubits. 15 He measured the length of the building behind it, facing the separating courtyard, with its (H)galleries on the one side and on the other side, one hundred cubits, as well as the inner [e]temple and the porches of the court, 16 their doorposts and (I)the beveled window frames. And the galleries all around their three stories opposite the threshold were paneled with (J)wood from the ground to the windows—the windows were covered— 17 from the space above the door, even to the inner [f]room, as well as outside, and on every wall all around, inside and outside, by measure.
18 And it was made (K)with cherubim and (L)palm trees, a palm tree between cherub and cherub. Each cherub had two faces, 19 (M)so that the face of a man was toward a palm tree on one side, and the face of a young lion toward a palm tree on the other side; thus it was made throughout the temple all around. 20 From the floor to the space above the door, and on the wall of the sanctuary, cherubim and palm trees were carved.
21 The (N)doorposts of the temple were square, as was the front of the sanctuary; their appearance was similar. 22 (O)The altar was of wood, three cubits high, and its length two cubits. Its corners, its length, and its sides were of wood; and he said to me, “This is (P)the table that is (Q)before the Lord.”
23 (R)The temple and the sanctuary had two doors. 24 The doors had two (S)panels apiece, two folding panels: two panels for one door and two panels for the other door. 25 Cherubim and palm trees were carved on the doors of the temple just as they were carved on the walls. A wooden canopy was on the front of the vestibule outside. 26 There were (T)beveled window frames and palm trees on one side and on the other, on the sides of the vestibule—also on the side chambers of the temple and on the canopies.

Ezekiel 41
New International Version
41 Then the man brought me to the main hall(A) and measured the jambs; the width of the jambs was six cubits[a] on each side.[b] 2 The entrance was ten cubits[c] wide, and the projecting walls on each side of it were five cubits[d] wide. He also measured the main hall; it was forty cubits long and twenty cubits wide.[e](B)
3 Then he went into the inner sanctuary and measured the jambs of the entrance; each was two cubits[f] wide. The entrance was six cubits wide, and the projecting walls on each side of it were seven cubits[g] wide. 4 And he measured the length of the inner sanctuary; it was twenty cubits, and its width was twenty cubits across the end of the main hall.(C) He said to me, “This is the Most Holy Place.(D)”
5 Then he measured the wall of the temple; it was six cubits thick, and each side room around the temple was four cubits[h] wide. 6 The side rooms were on three levels, one above another, thirty(E) on each level. There were ledges all around the wall of the temple to serve as supports for the side rooms, so that the supports were not inserted into the wall of the temple.(F) 7 The side rooms all around the temple were wider at each successive level. The structure surrounding the temple was built in ascending stages, so that the rooms widened as one went upward. A stairway(G) went up from the lowest floor to the top floor through the middle floor.
8 I saw that the temple had a raised base all around it, forming the foundation of the side rooms. It was the length of the rod, six long cubits. 9 The outer wall of the side rooms was five cubits thick. The open area between the side rooms of the temple 10 and the priests’ rooms was twenty cubits wide all around the temple. 11 There were entrances to the side rooms from the open area, one on the north and another on the south; and the base adjoining the open area was five cubits wide all around.
12 The building facing the temple courtyard on the west side was seventy cubits[i] wide. The wall of the building was five cubits thick all around, and its length was ninety cubits.[j]
13 Then he measured the temple; it was a hundred cubits[k] long, and the temple courtyard and the building with its walls were also a hundred cubits long. 14 The width of the temple courtyard on the east, including the front of the temple, was a hundred cubits.(H)
15 Then he measured the length of the building facing the courtyard at the rear of the temple, including its galleries(I) on each side; it was a hundred cubits.
The main hall, the inner sanctuary and the portico facing the court, 16 as well as the thresholds and the narrow windows(J) and galleries around the three of them—everything beyond and including the threshold was covered with wood. The floor, the wall up to the windows, and the windows were covered.(K) 17 In the space above the outside of the entrance to the inner sanctuary and on the walls at regular intervals all around the inner and outer sanctuary 18 were carved(L) cherubim(M) and palm trees.(N) Palm trees alternated with cherubim. Each cherub had two faces:(O) 19 the face of a human being toward the palm tree on one side and the face of a lion toward the palm tree on the other. They were carved all around the whole temple.(P) 20 From the floor to the area above the entrance, cherubim and palm trees were carved on the wall of the main hall.
21 The main hall(Q) had a rectangular doorframe, and the one at the front of the Most Holy Place was similar. 22 There was a wooden altar(R) three cubits[l] high and two cubits square[m]; its corners, its base[n] and its sides were of wood. The man said to me, “This is the table(S) that is before the Lord.” 23 Both the main hall(T) and the Most Holy Place had double doors.(U) 24 Each door had two leaves—two hinged leaves(V) for each door. 25 And on the doors of the main hall were carved cherubim and palm trees like those carved on the walls, and there was a wooden overhang on the front of the portico. 26 On the sidewalls of the portico were narrow windows with palm trees carved on each side. The side rooms of the temple also had overhangs.(W)
