20 And as for the (A)gate of the outer courtyard which faced north, he measured its length and its width. 21 [a]It had three (B)guardrooms on each side; and its (C)side pillars and its porches [b]had the same measurement as the first gate. Its length was (D)fifty cubits, and the width (E)twenty-five cubits. 22 Its (F)windows, its porches, and its palm tree decorations had the same measurements as the (G)gate which faced east; and [c]it was reached by seven (H)steps, and its [d]porch was in front of them. 23 The inner courtyard had a gate opposite the gate on the north as well as the gate on the east; and he measured a (I)hundred cubits from gate to gate.

Its measurements were the same as the first gate: seventy-five feet long and thirty-seven and a half feet wide. 22 The windows, porch, and palm decorations had the same measurements as those of the east gate. Seven steps led up to the entrance, and the porch was at the other end. 23 There were also gates to the inner courtyard opposite the north and east gates. When he measured from gate to gate, it was one hundred fifty feet.
