⁹ He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath,^[a] prophesy, son of man. Say to it: This is what the Lord God says: Breath, come from the four winds and breathe into these slain so that they may live!” ^(A)

⁸ The wind blows where it pleases, and you hear its sound, but you don’t know where it comes from or where it is going.^(A) So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”^(B)

² Suddenly a sound like that of a violent rushing wind^(A) came from heaven, and it filled the whole house where they were staying.^(B)
