Biblia del Jubileo
27 Y vino Palabra del SEÑOR a mí, diciendo:
2 Y tú, hijo de hombre, levanta endechas sobre Tiro.
3 Y dirás a Tiro, la que habita a los puertos del mar, la mercadera de los pueblos de muchas islas: Así dijo el Señor DIOS: Tiro, tú has dicho: Yo soy de perfecta hermosura.
4 En el corazón de los mares están tus términos; los que te edificaron completaron tu belleza.
5 De hayas del monte Senir te fabricaron todas las tillas; tomaron cedros del Líbano para hacerte el mástil.
6 De castaños de Basán hicieron tus remos; compañía de asirios hicieron tus bancos de marfil de las islas de Quitim.
7 De fino lino bordado de Egipto fue tu cortina, para que te sirviera de vela; {Heb. bandera} de cárdeno y grana de las islas de Elisa fue tu pabellón.
8 Los moradores de Sidón y de Arvad fueron tus remeros; tus sabios, oh Tiro, estaban en ti; ellos fueron tus pilotos.
9 Los ancianos de Gebal y sus sabios repararon tus hendiduras; todas las galeras del mar y los remeros de ellas fueron en ti para negociar tus negocios.
10 Persas y lidios, y africanos, fueron en tu ejército tus hombres de guerra; escudos y capacetes colgaron en ti; ellos te alabaron tu hermosura.
11 Y los hijos de Arvad con tu ejército estuvieron sobre tus muros alrededor, y los pigmeos en tus torres, sus escudos colgaron sobre tus muros alrededor; ellos completaron tu hermosura.
12 Tarsis tu mercadera a causa de la multitud de todas tus riquezas en plata, hierro, estaño, y plomo, dio en tus ferias.
13 Grecia, Tubal, y Mesec, tus mercaderes, con alma de hombres y con vasos de bronce, dieron en tus ferias.
14 De la casa de Togarma, caballos, caballeros y mulos, dieron en tu mercado.
15 Los hijos de Dedán eran tus negociantes; muchas islas tomaban mercadería de tu mano; cuernos de marfil y pavos reales te dieron en presente.
16 Siria fue tu mercadera por la multitud de tus productos; con rubíes, púrpura, vestidos bordados, linos finos, corales, y perlas, dio en tus ferias.
17 Judá, y la tierra de Israel, eran tus mercaderes; con trigos, Minit, y Panag, y miel, aceite, y triaca, dieron en tu mercado.
18 Damasco, tu mercadera por la multitud de tus productos, por la abundancia de toda riqueza, con vino de Helbón, y lana blanca.
19 Asimismo Dan, Grecia y Mozel, dieron en tus ferias, hierro limpio, casia, y cálamo aromática.
20 Dedán fue tu mercadera con paños preciosos para carros.
21 Arabia y todos los príncipes de Cedar, mercaderes de tu mano en corderos, carneros, y machos cabríos; en estas cosas fueron tus mercaderes.
22 Los mercaderes de Sabá y de Raama fueron tus mercaderes; con lo principal de toda especiería, toda piedra preciosa, y oro, dieron en tus ferias.
23 Harán, Cane, y Edén, los mercaderes de Seba, de Asiria, y Quilmad, fueron en tu mercadería.
24 Estos tus mercaderes negociaban contigo en varias cosas: en mantos de cárdeno, bordados, y en cajas de ropas preciosas, enlazadas con cordones, y en madera de cedro.
25 Las naves de Tarsis, tus cuadrillas, fueron en tu negociación; y fuiste llena, y fuiste multiplicada en gran manera en medio de los mares.
26 En muchas aguas te engolfaron tus remeros; viento solano te quebrantó en medio de los mares.
27 Tus riquezas, tus mercaderías, y tu negociación, tus remeros, y tus pilotos, los reparadores de tus hendiduras, los agentes de tus negocios, y todos tus hombres de guerra que hay en ti, con toda tu compañía que en medio de ti se halla, caerán en medio de los mares el día de tu caída.
28 Al estrépito de las voces de tus marineros temblarán los ejidos.
29 Y descenderán de sus naves todos los que toman remo; remeros, y todos los pilotos del mar se pararán en tierra;
30 y harán oír su voz sobre ti, y gritarán amargamente, y echarán polvo sobre sus cabezas, y se revolcarán en la ceniza.
31 Y se raerán por ti los cabellos, se ceñirán de cilicio, y endecharán por ti endechas amargas, con amargura de alma.
32 Y levantarán sobre ti endechas en sus lamentaciones, y endecharán sobre ti diciendo: ¿Quién como Tiro, como la destruida en medio del mar?
33 Cuando tus mercaderías salían de los mares, saciabas muchos pueblos; los reyes de la tierra enriqueciste con la multitud de tus riquezas y de tus contrataciones.
34 En el tiempo que serás quebrantada de los mares en lo profundo de las aguas, tu comercio y toda tu compañía caerán en medio de ti.
35 Todos los moradores de las islas se maravillarán sobre ti, y sus reyes temblarán de espanto; demudarán sus rostros.
36 Los mercaderes en los pueblos silbarán sobre ti; conturbada fuiste, y nunca más serás para siempre.

Grief over Tyre
27 Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2 “And you, son of man, (A)take up a song of mourning over Tyre; 3 and say to Tyre, (B)who sits at the [a]entrance to the sea, (C)merchant of the peoples to many coastlands, ‘This is what the Lord [b]God says:
“Tyre, you have said, ‘I am perfect in beauty.’
4 Your borders are in the heart of the seas;
Your builders have perfected your beauty.
5 They have [c]made all your planks of juniper trees from (D)Senir;
They have taken a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.
6 Of (E)oaks from (F)Bashan they have made your rudders;
With ivory they have [d]inlaid your deck of boxwood from the coastlands of (G)Cyprus.
7 Your sail was of colorfully embroidered linen from Egypt
So that it became your flag;
Your [e]awning was (H)violet and purple from the coastlands of (I)Elishah.
8 The inhabitants of Sidon and (J)Arvad were your rowers;
Your (K)wise men, Tyre, were [f]aboard; they were your sailors.
9 The elders of (L)Gebal and her wise men were with you repairing your leaks;
All the ships of the sea and their sailors were with you in order to deal in your merchandise.
10 “(M)Persia, (N)Lud, and (O)Put were in your army, your men of war. They hung up shield and helmet on you; they presented your splendor. 11 The sons of Arvad and your army were on your walls, all around, and the [g]Gammadim were in your towers. They hung their shields on your walls all around; they perfected your beauty.
12 “Tarshish was your customer because of the abundance of all kinds of wealth; with silver, iron, tin, and lead they paid for your merchandise. 13 (P)Javan, (Q)Tubal, and (R)Meshech, they were your traders; with human (S)lives and vessels of bronze they paid for your merchandise. 14 Those from (T)Beth-togarmah gave horses, war horses, and mules for your merchandise. 15 The sons of (U)Dedan were your traders. Many coastlands were [h]your market; they brought (V)ivory tusks and ebony as your payment. 16 (W)Aram was your customer because of the abundance of your [i]goods; they paid for your merchandise with [j](X)emeralds, purple, (Y)colorfully woven cloth, fine linen, coral, and rubies. 17 Judah and the land of Israel, they were your traders; with the wheat of (Z)Minnith, [k]cakes, honey, oil, and balsam they paid for your merchandise. 18 (AA)Damascus was your customer because of the abundance of your [l]goods, because of the abundance of all kinds of wealth, because of the wine of Helbon and white wool. 19 Vedan and Javan paid for your merchandise from Uzal; wrought iron, cassia, and spice reed were among your merchandise. 20 (AB)Dedan traded with you in saddlecloths for riding. 21 (AC)Arabia and all the princes of Kedar, they were [m]your customers for (AD)lambs, rams, and goats; for these they were your customers. 22 The traders of (AE)Sheba and Raamah, they traded with you; they paid for your merchandise with the best of all (AF)balsam oil, and with all kinds of precious stones, and gold. 23 Haran, Canneh, (AG)Eden, the traders of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad traded with you. 24 They traded with you in choice garments, in clothes of violet and colorfully woven cloth, and in blankets of two colors, and tightly wound cords, which were among your merchandise. 25 The (AH)ships of Tarshish were [n]the carriers for your merchandise.
And you were filled and were very [o]glorious
In the heart of the seas.
26 “Your rowers have brought you
Into (AI)great waters;
The (AJ)east wind has broken you
In the heart of the seas.
27 Your wealth, your wares, your merchandise,
Your seamen and your sailors,
Your repairers of leaks, your dealers in merchandise,
And all your men of war who are in you,
With all your contingent that is in your midst,
Will fall into the heart of the seas
On the day of your overthrow.
28 At the sound of the cry of your sailors,
The pasture lands will (AK)shake.
29 All who handle the oar,
The (AL)seamen and all the sailors of the sea
Will come down from their ships;
They will stand on the land,
30 And they will (AM)make their voice heard over you
And cry out bitterly.
They will (AN)throw dust on their heads,
They will (AO)wallow in ashes.
31 Also they will shave themselves (AP)bald for you
And (AQ)put on sackcloth;
And they will (AR)weep for you in bitterness of soul
With bitter mourning.
32 Moreover, in their wailing they will take up a (AS)song of mourning for you
And sing a song of mourning over you:
‘Who is like Tyre,
Like her who is silent in the midst of the sea?
33 When your merchandise went out from the seas,
You satisfied many peoples;
With the (AT)abundance of your wealth and your merchandise
You enriched the kings of the earth.
34 [p]Now that you are (AU)broken by the seas
In the depths of the waters,
Your (AV)merchandise and all your company
Have fallen in the midst of you.
35 All the (AW)inhabitants of the coastlands
Are appalled at you,
And their kings are horribly afraid;
They [q]have a troubled look.
36 The merchants among the peoples (AX)hiss at you;
You have become [r]terrified
And you (AY)will cease to be forever.’”’”

27 The Davar Hashem came again unto me, saying,
2 Now, thou ben adam, take up a kinah (lamentation) for Tzor (Tyre);
3 And say unto Tzor (Tyre), O thou that dwell at the entrance of the yam, which art a merchant of the peoples for many coastlands, Thus saith Adonoi Hashem; O Tzor (Tyre), thou hast said, I am perfect in beauty.
4 Thy borders are in the midst of the seas, thy bonim (builders) have perfected thy beauty.
5 They have built all thy ship plank boards of beroshim (juniper) of Senir; they have taken cedars from Levanon to make masts for thee.
6 Of the oaks of Bashan have they made thine oars; thy hull of pines inlaid with ivory, they made from that brought out of the isles of Kittim (Cyprus).
7 Fine linen with embroidered work from Mitzrayim was that which thou spreadest forth to be thy nes (sail); blue and purple from the coasts of Elishah was that which covered thee.
8 The inhabitants of Tzidon and Arvad were thy oarsmen; thy chachamim, O Tzor (Tyre), that were in thee, were thy helmsmen.
9 The elders of Geval and the chachamim thereof were in thee thy caulkers to caulk thy seams; all the oniyyot of the yam with their oarsmen were in thee to market thy merchandise.
10 They of Paras (Persia) and of Lud (Lydia] and of Put (Libya) were in thine army, thy anshei hamilchamah; they hanged the mogen and kova (helmet) in thee; they set forth thy splendor.
11 The anashim of Arvad with thine army were upon thy chomot (walls) all around, and the men of Gammad were in thy migdalim (towers); they hung their shields upon thy chomot (walls) all around; they have made thy beauty perfect.
12 Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with kesef, barzel (iron), bedil (tin), and oferet (lead), they traded for thy goods.
13 Yavan, Tuval, and Meshech, they were thy merchants; they traded the nefesh adam and kelim (vessels) of nechoshet for thy merchandise.
14 They of the Bais Togarmah traded for thy wares with susim and parash and peradim (mules).
15 The Bnei Dedan were thy merchants; many coastlands were the market of thine yad; they brought thee for a payment karnot (tusks) of shen (ivory) and ebony.
16 Aram (Syria) was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of the goods of thy making; they gave thee for thy wares emeralds, purple, and embroidered work, and fine linen, and coral, and rubies.
17 Yehudah, and Eretz Yisroel, they were thy merchants; they traded for thy merchandise chittim (wheat) of Minnit, and balsam oil, and devash, and shemen, and balm.
18 Damascus was thy merchant in the multitude of the wares of thy making, for the multitude of all riches; in the yayin of Chelbon, and white wool.
19 Vedan also and Yavan (Greece) provided for your wares with fine yarn; wrought iron, cassia, and cane, were among thy merchandise.
20 Dedan was thy merchant in saddle blankets for riding.
21 Arabia, and all the nasi’im of Kedar, they traded with thee in lambs, and rams, and goats; in these were they thy merchants.
22 The merchants of Sheva and Ra’amah, they were thy merchants; they traded as peddlers with choicest spices, and with all kinds of even yekarah (precious stones), and zahav.
23 Charan, and Canneh, and Eden, the merchants of Sheva, Asshur (Assyria), and Kilmad, were thy merchants.
24 These were thy merchants in choice things, in purple clothes, and embroidered work, and in chests of multicolored apparel, bound with chavalim (cords) and cedar boxed in thy marketplace.
25 The oniyyot of Tarshish were carriers of thy merchandise; and thou wast filled, and made very glorious in the midst of the yamim (seas).
26 Thy oarsmen have brought thee into mayim rabbim; the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the yamim (seas).
27 Thy riches, and thy wares, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy sailors, thy caulkers, and the dealers in thy merchandise, and all thy anshei hamilchamah, that are in thee, and in all thy kahal (company) which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the midst of the yamim (seas) in the day of thy shipwreck.
28 The migroshot (open pasturelands) shall shake at the sound of the cry of thy seamen.
29 And all that handle the oar, the mariners, and all the sailors of the yam, shall come down from their oniyyot, they shall stand upon the shore;
30 And shall cause their kol (voice) to be heard because of thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up aphar (dust) upon their heads, they shall roll themselves in the ashes;
31 And they shall [in mourning] make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird themselves with sackcloth and shall weep for thee with mar nefesh and bitter mourning.
32 And in their wailing they shall take up a kinah (lamentation) for thee, and lament over thee, saying, Who is like Tzor, like the destroyed in the midst of the yam?
33 When thy wares went forth by sea, thou filledst many people; thou didst enrich the melachim of ha’aretz with the multitude of thy riches and of thy merchandise.
34 In the time when thou shalt be broken by the yamim (seas) in the depths of the mayim, thy merchandise and all thy kahal (company) in the midst of thee shall fall.
35 All the inhabitants of the coastlands shall be astonished at thee, and their melachim shall be very afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.
36 The socharim (merchants) among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a horror, and ad olam (forever) thou shalt be no more.
