Ezekiel 23:4-6

⁴ The older sister was named Oholah, and the younger sister was named Oholibah. They became mine and gave birth to sons and daughters. Now Oholah is Samaria, and Oholibah is Jerusalem. ⁵ But Oholah became unfaithful to me and lusted after her lovers the Assyrians: ⁶ warriors dressed in fine blue cloth, governors and officers, charioteers and horsemen, all of them the most handsome of men.
