33 “As I live,” declares the Lord God, “with a mighty hand and with an (A)outstretched arm and with wrath poured out, I assuredly shall be (B)king over you. 34 I will (C)bring you out from the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are scattered, with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with (D)wrath poured out; 35 and I will bring you into the (E)wilderness of the peoples, and there I will enter into judgment with you face to face. 36 Just as I (F)entered into judgment with your fathers in the (G)wilderness of the land of Egypt, so I will enter into judgment with you,” declares the Lord God. 37 “I will make you (H)pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant; 38 and I will (I)purge from you the rebels and those who revolt against Me; I will bring them out of the land where they reside, but they will (J)not enter the [a]land of Israel. So you will know that I am the Lord.

37 “I will make you (D)pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the (E)covenant; 38 (F)I will purge the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against Me; I will bring them out of the country where they dwell, but (G)they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

39 “As for you, O house of Israel,” thus says the Lord God: (H)“Go, serve every one of you his idols—and hereafter—if you will not obey Me; (I)but profane My holy name no more with your gifts and your idols.
