Ezekiel 8:13-16
New King James Version
13 And He said to me, “Turn again, and you will see greater abominations that they are doing.” 14 So He brought me to the door of the north gate of the Lord’s house; and to my dismay, women were sitting there weeping for [a]Tammuz.
15 Then He said to me, “Have you seen this, O son of man? Turn again, you will see greater abominations than these.” 16 So He brought me into the inner court of the Lord’s house; and there, at the door of the temple of the Lord, (A)between the porch and the altar, (B)were about twenty-five men (C)with their backs toward the temple of the Lord and their faces toward the east, and they were worshiping (D)the sun toward the east.

New International Version
13 Again, he said, “You will see them doing things that are even more detestable.”
14 Then he brought me to the entrance of the north gate of the house of the Lord, and I saw women sitting there, mourning the god Tammuz.(A) 15 He said to me, “Do you see this, son of man? You will see things that are even more detestable than this.”
16 He then brought me into the inner court(B) of the house of the Lord, and there at the entrance to the temple, between the portico and the altar,(C) were about twenty-five men. With their backs toward the temple of the Lord and their faces toward the east, they were bowing down to the sun(D) in the east.(E)
