38 There was a chamber and its entrance by the gateposts of the gateway, where they (A)washed the burnt offering. 39 In the vestibule of the gateway were two tables on this side and two tables on that side, on which to slay the burnt offering, (B)the sin offering, and (C)the trespass offering.

38 A room with a doorway was by the portico in each of the inner gateways, where the burnt offerings(A) were washed. 39 In the portico of the gateway were two tables on each side, on which the burnt offerings,(B) sin offerings[a](C) and guilt offerings(D) were slaughtered.(E)
