Ezekiel 38:10-13
New English Translation
10 “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind,[a] and you will devise an evil plan. 11 You will say, “I will invade[b] a land of unwalled towns; I will advance against[c] those living quietly in security—all of them living without walls and barred gates— 12 to loot and plunder, to attack[d] the inhabited ruins and the people gathered from the nations, who are acquiring cattle and goods, who live at the center[e] of the earth.” 13 Sheba and Dedan and the traders of Tarshish with all its young warriors[f] will say to you, “Have you come to loot? Have you assembled your armies to plunder, to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to haul away a great amount of spoils?”’

American Standard Version
10 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: It shall come to pass in that day, that things shall come into thy mind, and thou shalt devise an evil device: 11 and thou shalt say, I will go up to [a]the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates; 12 to take the spoil and to take the prey; to turn thy hand against the waste places that are now inhabited, and against the people that are gathered out of the nations, that have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the [b]middle of the earth. 13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take the spoil? hast thou assembled thy company to take the prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take great spoil?
