Ezekiel 3:20-22

20 And when the righteous turns from his righteousness[a] and does injustice, and I place[b] a stumbling block before him,[c] he will die, for you did not warn him. Because of his sin he will die, and his righteousness[d] that he did will not be remembered, and his blood I shall seek from your hand. 21 And if you warn him, the righteous, not to sin, and the righteous does not sin, surely he will live, for he heeded a warning. And you will have saved your life.”[e]
22 And the hand of Yahweh was on me there, and he said to me, “Rise up, go out to the valley, and there I will speak with you.”

20 “Again, when a righteous person turns(A) from their righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block(B) before them, they will die. Since you did not warn them, they will die for their sin. The righteous things that person did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.(C) 21 But if you do warn the righteous person not to sin and they do not sin, they will surely live because they took warning, and you will have saved yourself.(D)”
22 The hand of the Lord(E) was on me there, and he said to me, “Get up and go(F) out to the plain,(G) and there I will speak to you.”
