13 therefore thus says the Lord God, “I will also (A)stretch out My hand against Edom and (B)cut off man and beast from it. And I will lay it waste; from (C)Teman even to (D)Dedan they will fall by the sword. 14 (E)I will lay My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel. Therefore, they will act in Edom (F)according to My anger and according to My wrath; thus they will know My vengeance,” declares the Lord God.

15 ‘Thus says the Lord God, “Because the Philistines have acted in (G)revenge and have taken vengeance with scorn of soul to destroy with everlasting enmity,”

13 therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will stretch out my hand(A) against Edom and kill both man and beast.(B) I will lay it waste, and from Teman(C) to Dedan(D) they will fall by the sword.(E) 14 I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger(F) and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”(G)
