13 therefore thus says the Lord God, “I will also stretch out My hand against Edom and I will cut off and destroy man and beast. I will make it desolate; from Teman even to Dedan they will fall by the sword. 14 I will take My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel. Therefore, they will act in Edom in accordance with My anger and My wrath, and they will know and experience My vengeance,” says the Lord God.(A)

13 therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will stretch out my hand(A) against Edom and kill both man and beast.(B) I will lay it waste, and from Teman(C) to Dedan(D) they will fall by the sword.(E) 14 I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger(F) and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”(G)
