13 “In your filthiness is lewdness.
Because I would have cleansed you,
Yet you are (A)not clean,
You will not be cleansed from your filthiness again
Until I have [a](B)spent My wrath on you.
14 I, the Lord, have spoken; it is (C)coming and I will act. I will not relent, and I will not (D)pity and I will not be sorry; (E)according to your ways and according to your deeds [b]I will judge you,” declares the Lord God.’”

13 “‘Now your impurity is lewdness. Because I tried to cleanse you but you would not be cleansed(A) from your impurity, you will not be clean again until my wrath against you has subsided.(B)
14 “‘I the Lord have spoken.(C) The time has come for me to act.(D) I will not hold back; I will not have pity,(E) nor will I relent.(F) You will be judged according to your conduct and your actions,(G) declares the Sovereign Lord.(H)’”
