48 As I live, says the Lord God, Sodom your sister has not done, she nor her daughters, as you and your daughters have done.
49 This was the iniquity of your sister Sodom. Pride, abundance of bread, and careless ease was in her and in her daughters, but she did strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. 50 They were haughty and committed abominations before Me. Therefore I took them away when I saw it.

48 As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign(A) Lord, your sister Sodom(B) and her daughters never did what you and your daughters have done.(C)
49 “‘Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom:(D) She and her daughters were arrogant,(E) overfed and unconcerned;(F) they did not help the poor and needy.(G) 50 They were haughty(H) and did detestable things before me. Therefore I did away with them as you have seen.(I)
