21 And I will tear off your veils, and I will deliver my people from your hand, and they will not any longer be in your hand as prey, and you will know that I am Yahweh. 22 Because you disheartened the heart of the righteous by deception, and I have not[a] caused him pain, and strengthened the hands of the wicked so that he did not turn[b] from his wicked way to save his life. 23 Therefore falseness[c] you will not see,[d] and divination you will not practice[e] any longer, and I will rescue my people from your hand, and you will know that I am Yahweh!’”

Then you will know that I am the Lord.(A) 22 Because you disheartened the righteous with your lies,(B) when I had brought them no grief, and because you encouraged the wicked not to turn from their evil ways and so save their lives,(C) 23 therefore you will no longer see false visions(D) or practice divination.(E) I will save(F) my people from your hands. And then you will know that I am the Lord.(G)’”
